North Dakota Concealed Weapons Permit Test

Firearms Proficiency Test Details - Written

The written test consist of a ten (10) questions on North Dakota firearms laws.

Applicants are expected to have studied the pamphlet titled Manual for North Dakota Concealed Weapons Permits, which you should have received with you application package from the North Dakota BCI.  

Applicants will be given one hour to complete the test.  

All applicants must get all questions correct to pass, however, your instructor is supposed to notify you of incorrect answers and have you retry the answers.  

This test normally takes only 10 or 15 minutes for most applicants to complete.
